Kara was a wonderful pick for our engagement and wedding photoshoot. My husband and I may be photogenic, but we’re a bit camera shy & definitely not used to taking amazing pictures. Kara took the time to give creative direction, which encouraged us to just smile, relax and laugh. On our wedding day, her calm energy was much needed To calm my anxiety. During the evening she blended right into the crowd, took beautiful shots of our day and when we saw the slideshow, the story of our wedding day was beautifully presented. My favorite element of kara’s style is natural shots capturing the magic of the moment. She’s creative and frames a picture with nature as a back drop. It’s a special talent and I couldn’t be more happy with our beautiful pictures. Turn around time was about two weeks for picture edits after the wedding (we had a thanksgiving holiday) and I was very pleased how quick that was. We had a pre meeting to discuss our needs and built a contract based on what we needed, and Kara took all my Pinterest vision boards into consideration. She’s a gem!
