I’ve shot a lot of weddings throughout the years and I wanted to share my top 3 coastal wedding venues for San Diego!
Ooooh man.. I love this venue so much! It’s so crazy beautiful and has that old spanish style that transports you to another world. They even have peacocks roaming the property! If your lucky, you might even see one of their peacocks that is all white! When I was shooting wedding there we were able to see it and it was right when the bride was arriving! I think it was meant to be ;)
The Darlington house is located in La Jolla, and was built back in the 20’s! It has beautiful tile work all throughout the house and there are so many beautiful spots for photo opps! The other nice thing about this venue is that it’s walking distance to the beach, which allows for a chance to sneak away and take couples down to the water for some photos during sunset.
The Martin Johnson House is located right above scripps beach in La Jolla and has an amazing view of the water and cove! I love this venue because it has the feel of being at an intimate backyard wedding. There is a ton of area for you quests to walk around and take in the views, and still has the intimacy of feeling like your at home.
