The Cass House Wedding in Cayucos Central California

I must say that I was very impressed with the Cass House in Cayucos Central California. It is this little old house that they have transformed into a wedding venue and it is amazing! Located in the little town of Cayucos, right up against Big Sur. 

What makes it so epic is the location! It is walking distance to the beach, and about a two minute drive to all the rugged beach bluffs along the coast.  The possibilities are seriously endless for places to take photos! A photographer's dream land!

Jonya and Matt styled their wedding beautifully by keeping all the florals white, green and hints of peach and pink tones with Ann from the Cambria Nursery as their florist. Jonya wore a dreamy dress with a bohemian feel from BHLDN while the groom wore Tommy Bahama shirts. The wedding all came together beautifully and smoothly with Jenna Hartzell and Alex Fuss from the Cass House as their Wedding Coordinator. 

We made sure we timed the wedding so that we could get some bride and groom portraits at golden hour on the beach just minutes away on the bluffs nearby. Golden Hour at the Cass House is a perfect place for a wedding as it softens the ocean and beach for photos.

One of my favorite parts of this wedding at the Cass House was when I was able to take Jonya and Matt alone and so some couple shots.  It’s one thing to be with everyone you know and love on your wedding day, but it’s a whole other level when you get to see the bride and groom together alone for the first time as husband and wife.  Seeing them was definitely something special, you can see for yourself as you look through the photos.
